Learn to make interesting links for your jewelry projects.
Includes Cages, Wrapped-Beads, Coiled Beads, and more.

Supply List:
Any combination of colored wires can be used to make the links.
The object is to have fun while learning.
If combining the metals like the example you will need:

Clasp:
6 inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver
12 inches 20-gauge brass colored wire
Wrapped Beads:
(6)-inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver
(3)-feet each of 20 and/or 22-gauge wires in brass, copper and silver. (I used a combination of sizes and colors of scrap wire.)

(1) 3×5 inch piece of 30-gauge copper sheet

Knot:
(40)-inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver wire.
Crazy 8:
(16)-inches 16-gauge dead soft copper wire
Cage:
(16)-inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver wire
Horseshoe Link:
(3)-inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver wire
(12)-inches 22-gauge dead soft sterling silver wire
Also:
(6) 5-6mm 16-gauge sterling silver jump-rings or (12)-inches 16-gauge dead soft sterling silver wire to make your own.
Wire totals for using a single color to make the bracelet:
(8)-feet of 16-gauge dead soft copper or silver wire
Plus:
(4)-feet of 22-gauge dead soft copper or silver wire
(3)-feet 20-gauge dead soft copper or silver wire
30-gauge sheet metal (approximately 3×5.)
